That will be our motto from 21st to 26th September 2026. Together with all of you we want to sing through the night, bring 125 hours or choral music on stage and set a new world record together.

No matter if from Berlin, Germany, Europe or the whole world – the doors to participating in our attempt at the world record are wide open! Let us show together, that choir is more than “just singing” and set an example for the power of music and singing in connecting people from everywhere. Music is helping us build bridges and find ways of communicating even in hard times.
Choir lives and choir is diverse. We are as colourful as this city. Become a part of our #125StundenChor, no matter if in the morning at 8 a.m., in the evening at prime time or deep in the night. No matter if children’s or senior’s choir, friend’s initiative, singing jazz or classical music – sing along, get to know each other and be inspired! Who knows? You might find future singers for your choir or get now ideas for collab projects, lay the foundation for cooperations or just gather completely new ideas.
Register your choir now for a participation in this project definitely effective as good publicity. Even this year we are already having and had media coverage. Moreover we want to stream the whole world record internationally.
Come spend six days together at ATZE Musiktheater, join the audience before or after your concert, talk to others, get active in your breaks and get to know each other – the whole record is also set out to be a networking platform for everyone interested. Moreover, there will be food and drinks to buy on site as well.

Registration starts on March 17th.
First come, first serve.
Booking right away, gives you the opportunity to book your favourite time slot.

Participation Requirements
Requirements for participation:
- a programme of 30 minutes
- min. 4 pax in the ensemble
Should you have less repertoire than enough for 30 minutes, please get in touch with us and we will make it happen.
Participation fees
Choirs that are members of the Berlin Choir Association (CVB) or the Choir Association of the EKBO can participate free of charge.
Choirs that are members of the German Choir Association outside the Berlin Choir Association receive a 25% discount on participation.
Additionally, the following participation fees apply:
September 21st – including September 25th, 2026
06:00–10:00 – €95 per choir
10:00–16:00 – €125 per choir
16:00–20:00 – €155 per choir
20:00–22:00 – €195 per choir
22:00–06:00 – free
September 26th, 2026
06:00–18:00 – €195 per choir
Early Bird Price
All choirs that register by August 31st, 2025, will receive a 25% discount. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts and will be applied when the invoices are generated.
